Team Leader Compensation & Expense (Must have proven verifiable numbers) for this position

80/20 – Split (16K Cap) 100% Split thereafter (Broker Fee Remains) Resets Annually

5-10%- Override on entire teams’ production. (Year 1-5%, Year 2-7%, Year 3-10%)

65/35 Split on company generated leads

600.00- TC Team Fee per file (With Audit)

500.00- Broker Fee per transaction

100.00- Compliance fee per cancelled transaction

50/50 – Split on Company Generated Leads
